One of our staff in Tokyo, Jessica, experienced the earthquake and aftershocks. Read her account of events in Tokyo here. She shared in an e-mail, ” The good thing is as with any natural disaster or tough experience in life, people tend to be more open to talk about what’s important in life making it easier for us believers to share why we love Jesus so much and why it’s so important to have a relationship with him. Our national student conference (CHANGE conference) begins this Monday and we’ll be having a day of outreach where we’ll have these kinds of conversations with people all over Tokyo. Please pray for the hearts and healing of Japan. ”
