Basketball in Korea

Ben and the CAJ Knights Varsity Men’s Basketball team are now in Seoul Korea for a week.  There are 16 teams from Korea, Japan, Guam and Hong Kong who are part of international and US military and Christian or Catholic schools.  They are playing in the Far East League Basketball Tournament to finish their season out.  Their league play results ended in a 4-5 season, and now everyone is set for this tournament, which has pool play first, and then single elimination plus consolation round. 

Yours truly is also privileged to get to come also, and watch for the week.  The guys are staying on the Yong San US Army base in Seoul, while another dad and I are staying at a small hotel just off the base.

We have won our first two games of the pool, as expected based on ranking, and the big team to beat is coming up!  I am really excited for the guys and hope they can all do well.  Ben just put in 17 points for the team in the last game.
