May the Joy of the Savior overflow in your hearts at Christmas!\u00c2\u00a0 It is our privilege to serve Him and be a part of helping build movements everywhere.\u00c2\u00a0 The growth of God’s Kingdom around the world – this amazing adventure – was begun through the birth of a baby in Bethlehem.\u00c2\u00a0 What a tender and loving way to begin such a work.\u00c2\u00a0 I love how creative the Lord is in His working.<\/p>\n

Our family would never have imagined living and serving Jesus in Florida when we headed off to Japan 23 years ago.\u00c2\u00a0 But here we are, looking to help build His Kingdom in new ways as we work with CCC and stay connected to friends in Japan.\u00c2\u00a0 It encourages us to be a bridge back to Japan, helping people make connections with people and ministries there, which happens through our email boxes a lot these days.\u00c2\u00a0 We have been helping provide\u00c2\u00a0member care for some of our staff members in Japan as well.<\/p>\n

\"ChristmasI am encouraged that the JCCC staff have continued the Christmas CD distribution, and you can get a general idea of what is on that CD and the ways the staff are involving those who receive it in connections to Christmas and the gospel at http:\/\/www.japanccc.org\/christmas\/<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0.\u00c2\u00a0 I was also glad to see several ways they are using some of what I did before in new creative arrangements to help reach more Japanese students at Christmas time.\u00c2\u00a0 Students can use their cell phone camera to recognize a code on the CD package that takes them to a cell phone web site where they can access the music, the videos, contest sign ups, and the gospel message – without even opening the package!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
