At long last we are going to be able to get both families together to celebrate Andy and Ryoko’s marriage. They are already married, but as with many two nationality couples, sometimes the timing goes a little different that the usual. It’s pretty often that in these cases there might be a wedding in one country and a celebration in the other country, depending on when everything can be worked out. In this case, Ryoko’s parents and family wanted to visit America. Andy and Ryoko decided to get married in a simple local ceremony, which was 2 years ago, and then have a “wedding” when her parents and our family could all get together in California. So that time has now come. This was put off for a year when Rochelle was going through all of her chemo, so it’s actually later than the original plan.
We’ll add some picture of the happy couple and the event when it happens. In addition, we will be visiting partners and family in California from June 13 to July 10, staying in the Yorba Linda area. After the wedding on the 23rd, Ryoko’s family will stay and enjoy California for a week, so we look forward to doing several things with them.
